摘要
2009年10月，中国政府与人民以各种形式庆祝中华人民共和国成立60周年。《中国法律》谨此编辑制作特刊共襄祝贺。特刊以60年60个重要案例的编年，与60年颁布的60部重要法律，展现60年中国法制与法治的具象历程。通过这两个“60”，我们可以看到共和国60年来法制与法治中的曲折，也能看到成长、进步与不懈奋斗。
In October 10, 2009, the Chinese government and people were celebrating the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People＇s Republic of China in various forms. China Law has edited and produced this special issue of the magazine to extend our congratulations to the nation, together with all others who share this moment of celebration. With an annalistie brief introduction of 60 major laws enacted in the past 60 years, and also 60 landmark cases in the past 60 years, this special issue shows to readers the course of concrete development of the legal system and the rule of law in China in the past 60 years. Through the annalistic brief introduction of the 60 major laws and the 60 landmark cases, we can have a view of the arduousness of development of the legal system and the rule of law in China, and also China＇s growth, progress and unremitting struggle since its founding in 1949.
