嗜麦芽寡氧单胞菌耐药机制的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(stenotrophomonas maltophilia.SMA)广泛存在于自然界,在污水、自来水、土壤、动物及人类体内均有寄居.在各种医疗器械及医务人员皮肤其分离率更高。该菌是一种条件致病菌.主要好发于免疫力低下或长期大量使用广谱抗生素者。近几年来.SMA已成为医院内感染重要致病菌之一.并且对多种抗生素耐药使该菌引起的感染难以控制。现就其耐药机制的研究综述如下。
