生物反馈治疗功能性便秘的临床研究

Clinical Research on Functional Constipation Treated by Biofeedbac Therapyk

目的:探讨生物反馈治疗对功能性便秘(FC)患者临床症状的影响。方法:对68例符合FC罗马Ⅲ标准的患者进行生物反馈训练,应用症状积分量表评定患者治疗前后临床症状的改善情况。结果:生物反馈治疗FC的总有效率为79.41%。生物反馈治疗后患者的临床症状较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05);出口梗阻型便秘的有效率较慢传输型便秘高。结论:生物反馈治疗可以改善功能性便秘患者的临床症状,但对于不同类型,疗效不同。

Objective： To explore the effect of biofeedback therapy on clinical symptoms in patients with functional constipation（FC）. Methods： Sixtyeight patients with FC defined by Rome Ⅲ criteria were enrolled and received biofeedback training. Bowel symptoms score were recorded to assess the effects before and after treatment. Results：The overall efficacy rate of biofeedback therapy was about 76 %. Conclusions. Bioffeedback therapy can improve clinical symptoms in functional constipation patients.
