SWOT Analysis and Strategy of Developing Non-public Forestry in China

大力发展私有林不但有利于林区农业产业结构的调整,而且还有利于增加林农收入,加快林农脱贫致富的步伐,同时对于推进林业经济结构的战略性调整,更好地满足社会经济发展对生态环境和林产品的需求,实现林业可持续发展具有积极意义。运用SWOT分析法,找出我国发展私有林的优势和劣势,发现并确定其外部机遇和挑战,在客观分析的基础上,提出相应的发展对策。

Expanding private forest is conducive not only to regulating the agriculture industrial structure in forest area, but also to increasing forest growers＇income to speed up poverty alleviation. Meanwhile, it plays a significant role in pushing strategic reform of forestry economy structure, meeting the need for environment and forest products, and in achieving sustainable development of forestry. Based on SWOT analysis, the paper explores the strengths and weaknesses of developing private forest, and discovers and defines its external opportunities and challenges. Finally on the basis of an objective analysis, correspondir, g developing countermeasures are proposed.
