摘要
我国关于问责方面的法律法规还不健全和不完善,进而导致问责的作用不能有效发挥。通过对我国问责法律制度的现状进行分析,归纳出行政机关问责制度、立法机关问责制度和司法机关问责制度中存在的缺陷,并提出建构和完善问责法律制度的构想。
Accountability system in China fails to play its due role due to the lack of sound and complete laws and regulations in this regard. An analysis of the actuality of the system exposed the defects of the executive, the legislature and the judiciary accountability system. Proposals on how to construct and perfect the accountability legal system are put forward.
