大学新生学习适应性调查与对策研究

A Study on Freshmen's Learning Adaptability and Countermeasures

应用自编的一套大学新生学习适应性量表,对全国部分地区高等院校入校后3个月左右的500名全日制本科新生进行问卷调查。通过调查数据的分析,阐述了大学新生的学习适应性状况,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议。调查结果表明:新生的学习态度端正,但很多新生没有找到适合自己的学习方法,缺乏科学的学习计划。针对这种情况,建议高校应对新生进行职业生涯规划教育,让其确立明确的人生目标,制定科学合理的学习计划。

This paper investigated 500 university freshmen 3 months after they entered university from different schools all over the country through a scale of self - made university freshmen＇ s learning adaptability. Their learning adaptability was analyzed and corresponding countermeasures were proposed. The results showed that although freshmen have good learning attitude, many do not possess a satisfactory learning methods or scientific learning plans. Freshmen should be educated to charter their career, which will help them establish their goals and learning objectives, and plan their studies.
