摘要
为解决复杂凸轮数控加工手工编程难以实现的问题,采用C语言在个人微机上编制了凸轮数控加工自动编程系统.该系统具有凸轮图形显示、二维模拟加工和自动生成数控代码等功能,对复杂形状平面凸轮和圆柱凸轮等均适用,能很好地解决凸轮加工轨迹运算,并保证加工精度.在生产实践中使用效果良好.
In order to solve the problem that it is hard to programme a numerial controlcode for a complex earn manually, an automatic programme system for numerial controlmachining of earn is developed on personal computer by using C language. This systemhasseveral functions f picture displaying, ZD simulating machining and numerial control codeautomatically producing, and can be applied to complex outline earn such as planar-earn,cylindroid-earn. It successfully solves' the problem of calculating the machining track, assuresthe machining precision, and is proved to be effective.
