Process in Superplasticity of Nanocrystalline Ceramics

摘要 对超塑性是细晶材料在特定条件下显示出的极大拉伸变形能力,及纳米陶瓷超塑性的研究现状进行了综述,探讨了陶瓷超塑性的变形条件、特性和影响因素,为陶瓷起塑性理论和应用的进一步研究提供了参考依据,并指出了目前应努力的方向. The superplasticity is a characteristic of high tensile elongation of materials withvery fine grain size under special conditions. The recent developments of superplastic ceramicsare introduced. The major requirements of superplasticity and characteristic nature ofsuperplastic ceramics are described. Meanwhile the factors affecting ceramic superplasticity arediscussed. Reference basis is provided for theoretical research and application in ceramicsuperplasticity. The studying way at present is indicated.
