摘要
选择稀土离子Dy^(3+)作为掺杂阳离子,DL-丙氨酸和L-谷氨酸部分取代甘氨酸分子,进行了不同掺杂配比的TGS晶体生长研究.实验表明,掺杂TGS晶体易于生长,且晶体对称性仍为C_2,易领定极化,热释电性能较纯TGS晶体有显著提高.
Rare earth ions Dy(3+) are chosen as dopant canons and DL-Alamine,L-Glutamatic acid partly taking the place of glycine moleculars, crystals of different dopantratios are studied. It is found that the growth of doped TGS crystal is easy and the symmetrytemains C2, the polariration restraint of the doped TGS crystals being easy and the pyroelectricproperty developed remarkably.
