试论 EIS 同传统 DSS 的主要区别

A Discussion on the Leading Differences between EIS and Traditional DSS

论述了ＥＩＳ的目标导向，关键成功因子驱动的特点，阐明了ＥＩＳ同传统ＤＳＳ的主要区别与相互关系，指出除了技术进步方面的原因之外，决策支持范围、处理问题视角和系统运作机理的不同造成了ＥＩＳ和传统ＤＳＳ之间的差异．但是，从能有效支持高层管理决策这一立足点考虑，ＥＩＳ又归属于ＤＳＳ之列，它和传统ＤＳＳ各具特色，相互补充，共同丰富着决策支持的形态和内容．

The characteristics of object oriented and CSF driven EIS are illustrated as well as the difference and the relationship between EIS and DSS. It is pointed out that the difference in decision support region, on the view of problem solving and the system operation mechanism are the leading reasons for making EIS differ from traditional DSS besides the advances in technique. From the point of view of how to support senior executives effectively, EIS and DSS are similar to each other, but they possess distinct characters respectively, complement each other, and enrich the contents and the pattern of decision support mutually.
