摘要
目的研究花椒挥发油(essential oil of Zanthoxylum Maxim,EOZM)对离体未孕雌激素预处理小白鼠子宫平滑肌的作用及其可能机制。方法观察EOZM和维拉帕米(verapamil,Ver)对子宫自律性收缩的影响,对催产素(oxytocin,OXT)和氯化钙(CaCl_2)引起的子宫收缩的影响,对OXT诱导的依内钙性收缩和依外钙性收缩的影响。结果EOZM和Ver均可抑制子宫自律性收缩以及OXT和CaCl_2引起的子宫收缩,而且具有剂量依赖性;EOZM对OXT诱导的依内钙性收缩和依外钙性收缩均有抑制作用;Ver仅对OXT诱导的依内钙性收缩有抑制作用,对OXT诱导的依外钙性收缩则没有影响。结论EOZM可能主要通过阻断受体调控的钙通道(receptor operated calciumchannel,ROC)和电压依赖的钙通道(voltage dependent calcium channel,VDC),减少外钙内流和内钙释放从而抑制小白鼠子宫平滑肌的收缩。
Objective To study the effects of EOZM on contraction of uterine smooth muscle of Mus musculus albus treated by estrogen and to explore the possible mechanism, Methods The effects of EOZM and verapamil on autorhythmic contraction and on contraction induced by OXT and CaCt2 and on intracellular and extracellular calcium dependent contraction induced by OXT were respectively observed. Results Both EOZM and verapamil could inhibit the autorhythmic contraction and contraction induced by OXT and CaCI2 and intracellular calcium dependent con- traction induced by OXT and the effects were dose dependent. EOZM also inhibited extracellu- lar calcium dependent contraction induced by OXT but verapamil not. Conclusions EOZM inhibits the contraction of uterus mainly by blocking ROC and VDC and consequently decreasing influx of extracellular calcium and release of intracellular calcium.
