摘要
主要从深抽工艺优化设计和深抽配套工具配套方面介绍了油井深抽工艺的研究内容,采用HY级高强度抽油杆、减载器、HY级杆柱组合等配套工具以及深抽工艺优化设计系统,可使泵挂由平均1500 m加深至平均2700 m。为深层油气资源的合理动用以及低渗低产油田的有效开发提供了技术支持。
The article mainly introduced the issue of deep lifting of wells in both process optimizing design and R&D of facilitated tools, using the new developed tools, such as HY High-strength sucker rod, relieving gear, and HY rod string assembly and the process optimized design system, it can increase the pump depth from 1 500 m to 2 700 m. This technology offered the supports for the realistic using deep oil and gas resources and the efficient development of low permeability and low recovery oilfield.
