摘要
介绍了一种可应用于大规模汽车用户道路行驶载荷谱测量的新方法。该方法将加速度和应变信号与车轮载荷之间建立统计函数关系,从而可间接测量用户载荷。通过实车试验和载荷数据处理建立了制动工况下制动力伪损伤与制动强度之间的统计推断模型。对模型进行了验证试验。研究结果表明,本文所述方法可用于大规模用户道路载荷谱测量。
A new method that can be used to measure driving load spectrum for public road is introduced. By establishing statistical function relationship between accelerations and strain signal with wheel load, this method can be used to measure customer load indirectly. And through car test and load data processing, a statistic inference function model between brake force pseudo damage and braking intensity during braking is built. Verification test is carried out for this model. Analysis of the study indicates that the method introduced in the paper can be used to measure driving load spectrum for public road.
