Structure of Chinese Workers' Occupational Core Skills

利用自编的我国劳动者职业核心技能调查问卷开展问卷调查,结果表明:我国劳动者职业核心技能由五个维度构成,即信息处理技能、问题解决技能、计划技能、技术技能、合作技能;我国劳动者职业核心技能各个因素按重要性排序为:合作技能、问题解决技能、计划技能、技术技能、信息处理技能;我国劳动者五大核心技能与劳动者工作绩效呈显著相关;不同收入人群在五大职业核心技能得分上差异显著。

Questionnaire investigation by the self-compiled questionnaire of occupational core skills for Chinese workers showed that Chinese workers＇ occupational core skills are consisted of information processing skills, problem solving skills, planning skills, technical skills and cooperative skills; the order of importance for Chinese workers＇ occupational core skills arc cooperative skills,problem-solving skills,planning skills,technical skills,information processing skills; there exist significant correlation between five occupational core skills and job performance in Chinese workers; there exist significant difference in five occupational core skills among Chinese workers of different income group.
