摘要
调查显示,高职院校青年教师普遍重视教学效果的提升,对自我职业生涯和学院提供发展机会的认知水平较高,但在制订职业发展目标和与管理人员进行沟通两方面存在较大问题,高职院校实际的职业生涯管理与青年教师期望间也存在较大差距。为此,高职院校要转变观念,重视青年教师职业发展,建立和完善教师职业发展的双向沟通体系,加强教师自我职业生涯管理的自觉性,注重青年教师的学习与培训。
Investigation show that, young teachers in higher vocational schools popularly pay attention to the enhancement of teaching effect, have high recognition on self-professional career development and development opportunities, but there exist problems in making professional development objectives and communication with management staff, and there exist huge gap between practical career management of higher vocational schools and expectation of young teachers. Therefore, higher vocational schools should transform views to attach importance on professional development of young teachers, buiht and optimize double communication system for teacher's professional development, strengthen the consciousness of teacher's self-professional career management and pay attention to learning and training of young teachers.
