Cultivation of Effective Workers in Higher Vocational Education——Building Bridge between Vocation and Education

有效工人的培养需要基于职业的学习过程,以及职业与教学标准的互相融合,这对依附传统教育发展的高职教育带来挑战的同时也带来了转型的契机;同时经济、产业与教育的交集,有效工人的顺利"产出"也意味着一种统一与兼并。教育在对市场需求的反应过程中,以往那种单纯的供求已不复存在,职业教育作为一种新的教育类型理应与市场紧密联系,当我们在强调中国高等职业教育发展应以需求为导向时,当依附于封闭传统教育的高职教育被放到市场这个环境中去审视时,应面对市场需求的变化去寻求高等职业教育的未来。而来自于横向的职业学习过程以及纵向的标准重组也不仅仅是为了职业与教育的融合,而是寄期望于在瞬息变化的市场经济下,高等职业教育的可持续发展。

The cultivation of effective workers demand vocation-based learning process and mutual integration of professional with teaching standard, which brought forward challenges as well as transformation opportunities for higher vocational education; because of intersection of economy, industry and education, the cultivation of effective workers also means unification and harmonization. As a new education type, vocational education should strengthen cooperation with market. Higher vocational education in China should be oriented by market and examined under market environment, and walk for future according to the change of market demand. The transverse vocational learning process and longitudinal standard re-organization are not only aims for the integration of vocation and education, but also hope to achieve sustainable development of higher vocational education.
