中职教师教育的问题分析及对策探讨——以重庆市为例

Analysis on Problems Existed in Teacher Education of Secondary Vocational Education and the Countermeasure——The Case of Chongqing

重庆中职教师教育存在职前培养专业化不足,继续教育缺乏有效统筹,针对性和实效性不强的问题。为此,应加强中职教师的专门化培养,完善中职教师培训体系和培训模式,推动中职教师教育专业化。

The teacher education in Chongqing confronted with the following problems： insufficiency of professionalization in initial cultivation, further education is lack of effective planning, pertinence and efficiency is low. Therefore, Chongqing should strengthen specialized cultivation, optimize training system and training model and boost the specialization for seeondary vocational education teachers.
