摘要
运用SPSS16.0对自编的《广东省高职学生职业选择影响因素调查问卷》调查结果进行探索性因素分析,结果显示:高职学生职业选择影响因素由人力资本、社会资本和职业价值观三个维度构成,其中人力资本包含职业技能、人际技能、适应能力和个人特质等因素;社会资本包括择职指导、择职关系和择职机会等因素;职业价值观包括职业声望、职业保健和职业发展等因素。
Analyzing the investigation results of Questionnaire of Factors Influencing Career Selection of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangdong Province by SPSS16.0, and the outcomes shows that： the factors influencing career selection of students in higher vocational colleges mainly consists of human capital, social capital and occupational value; human capital includes vocational skills, interpersonal skills, personal qualities and adaptability; social capital includes vocational guidance, social relations and the opportunity to select; occupational values includes occupational prestige, occupational health and career development.
