摘要
分别采用蛋白酶法、取代吸附法、多次离心法和普通离心法制备低蛋白天然胶乳(LPNRL)和普通天然胶乳(NRL),并对胶乳和硫化胶膜性能进行研究。结果表明,与NRL相比,LPNRL的氮含量、塑性初值和塑性保持率均较小;与NRL硫化胶膜相比,LPNRL硫化胶膜的物理性能、老化性能和玻璃化温度(Tg)较低,温度低于Tg时的储能模量较高。
The low protein natural rubber latex (LPNRL) and normal natural rubber latex were prepared by alkaline protease, substitute adsorption, repetitious centrifugation and normal centrifugation method,and the properties of the latex and vulcanized films were investigated. The results showed that the nitrogen content,initial plasticity and plasticity retention index of LPNRL decreased compared to those of normal latex; the physical properties, aging properties and glass transition temperature of LPNRL vulcanized films decreased, the storage modulus increased at the temperature below glass transition temperature, as compared to those of the vulcanized film from normal natural rubber latex.
