纽斜轮胎花纹的噪声仿真及其全局参数优化

摘要 针对纽斜节距轮胎花纹的特点,提出一种对花纹节距图像处理的新方法,并根据轮胎花纹发声机理建立相应的数学仿真模型,实现了花纹噪声的时域和频域分析。运用改进的免疫遗传算法编制相应软件对节距比例、节距序列和节距错位参数进行综合全局优化,从而为纽斜节距花纹轮胎低噪化分析评判和全局优化设计提供实用、先进的方法。 A new image processing method was proposed to deal with tire pattern pitch for the tilted tread pattern's characteristic and the corresponding mathematical model was established based on the sound generating mechanisms, which could provide the time domain and the frequency domain analysis of pattern noise. The global parameters of pitch proportion, pitch order and pitch shift were optimized by use of the improved immunity genetic algorithm, which could offer a practical and advanced method to the design and evaluation of tire pattern with low noise.
