摘要
本文通过问卷调查发现,影响民营企业中层管理者积极性的因素主要为:高层领导的影响、外在性报酬、组织制度与环境、职业生涯发展、工作本身的影响和成就感方面。结合民营企业中层管理者激励方面存在的问题,文章提出了提高中层管理者积极性的有关措施,包括:建立积极可行的薪酬激励制度、高层管理者要勇于授权、提高领导者自身的修养和文化素质、建立完善的晋升制度。
This paper discovers from questionnaires the factors that affect junior managers'enthusiasm are as follows, namely superior leaders, externality reward, organization system and working settings, career development, the job itself and sense of achievement. With the issues involved in these factors, this paper lists some measures to improve middle - level managers'positivity, which include building feasible compensation incentive system, superior managers'authorization and improvement in culture and quality and well -organized promotion system.
