Let C n denote the 1 skeleton of (n-1) simplex, G n the set of all the graphlike manifolds with contraction C n, B n the homeomorphic class of G n, and P n the set of all the characteristic polynomials of the associated matrices of the graphlike manifolds in G n. Let B= n and P= n be the cardinal number of B n and P n respectively. This paper derives that B= n=P= n=54 for n=7.
