摘要
逐代以90%的选择压力选择对B.t.抗性的昆虫细胞品系,结果表明:5B1细胞对B.t.抗性的发展是相当缓慢的.第23代选择细胞的抗性水平突然由原来的3倍上升到10倍以上,此后抗性在8~10倍间波动,一直到第32代.被选择细胞(R5B1)和正常细胞(S5B1)酯酶同工酶的分析结果表明两种品系细胞有3条共同的酶带.另外,二者也分别拥有2条特异性酶带.被选择细胞(R5B1)的细胞酯酶同工酶有些酶带的活力明显高于正常细胞(S5B1)的酯酶同工酶活力,证明了抗性细胞品系在生理和代谢上已经发生了一些变化.
A cell line of cabbage looper( Trichoplusia ni ) BT1 TN 5B1 was used to select resistant coloy to B.t. preparation. The results showed that the resistance was developed very slowly, with only 3 folds increase during 23 generations. After 23 generations selection, the resistant level was up to 10 folds ruptly, and fluctuated between 8 and 10 fold. The difference of the exterase isozymes between the selected colony (R5B1) and normal colony (SB51) was examined. The result showed that there were three bands that were the same in the R5B1 and S5B1 samples, and both colonies had two special bands, respectively. The consequence showed that there were possibly some changes in the physiology and metalism of the selected 5B1 cells.
