With the in-depth development of reform and the great challenge that people＇s mediation work faces nowadays, we are now in an urgent need to explore new methods in people＇s mediation. This article mainly focuses on the working framework, strategic approach and the specific procedures for social work methods, attempts to analyze the application of the professional social work practice method in the People＇s Mediation so as to respond to the new problem in the people＇s mediation work presently.
