摘要
本文以正常化理念为指导,对智障人士启能教育过程中存在的非正常化实践进行反思,提出要运用社会工作专业方法介入智障启能教育领域,最终保障智障人士享有平等参与社会生活的权利。
Guided by the concept of normalization, this paper reflect on the non-normalization practice, which often exist in the intelligence inspiring education for the mentally retarded, and try to use professional approach of social work to involve in the practice of the intelligence inspiting education for the mentally retarded. This article is a description of the process.
