摘要
文中介绍了一种使用来自冲天炉的工业生铁和工业铁合金制备的高Cr铁基块体金属玻璃Fe57.6C7.1Si3.3B5.5P8.7Cr12.3Al2.0Mo2.5Co1.0,其最大玻璃形成能力可以达到3mm,同时高的Cr含量使得该合金在0.5MH2SO4和1NHCl中都显示出比普通304不锈钢(含更高的Cr和N)i更优异的抗腐蚀性。
Abstract: A new type Fe57.6C7.1Si3.3B5.5R8.7Cr12.3Al2.0Mo2.5Co1.0 bulk metallic glass have been prepared using pig iron from cupola and industrial ferro-alloys, which exhibits high glass-forming ability of 3 mm in diameter. It has higher corrosion resistance than the traditional SUS304- stainless steel in 0.5 M H2SO, and 1N HCl solution due to its high Cr and Ni contents
