摘要 对高速钢轧辊中合金元素作用及其对轧辊组织和性能的影响进行了详细讨论,在此基础上介绍了铸造高速钢轧辊材质发展情况,以及变质处理和微合金化对高速钢轧辊组织和性能的影响,可以为进一步开发高性能高速钢轧辊提供参考和指导。 The action and the effects of alloy elements on the microstructures and performances of high speed steel (HSS) roll have been discussed, The development of cast HSS roll materials and the effects of microalloying and modification on the microstructures and performances of HSS roll have been presented also. The above results can give instruction for the development of high performance HSS roll.
