摘要
研究了一种镁合金金属型涂料的流变特性,并用流变模型对流变曲线进行了拟合。结果表明,试验涂料是一种带屈服值的假塑性流体,有触变性。改进的Casson模型可以精确地拟合流变曲线,并且能表征涂料的悬浮性和触变性。
The rheological characteristics of a new permanent mold coating for magnesium alloys was studied in this paper, and the rheological curve was fitted by the rheological model. The results show the new experimental coating is a yield pseudo plastic fluid with thixotropy. A modified Casson model can fit the rheological curve exactly, and characterize the suspension property and thixotropy of the coating.
