摘要
试验研究了有机彬润土加入量从0.5%~5%时,对粉煤灰铸铁涂料的悬浮性、粘结性、高温抗裂性等主要性能的影响规律。从理论和实践进行探讨,结果发现:随着粉煤灰铸造涂料中有机膨润土加入量的增加,涂料的悬浮性提高,粘度增加,但是涂料的高温抗裂性变差。
The research was carried out to study the effect of organobentonite, when its conten,t changing from 0.5% to 5%, on properties of fly ash mold coating such as suspension property, viscidity, high temperature crack resistance, etc. Results show that with the increasing of organobentonite content, the suspension property and viscidity of the coating are improved, but the crack resistance deteriorates.
