摘要
针对JL465Q缸体在机加时出现渗漏的问题,从铸造工艺、孕育处理、浇注温度等几方面对JL465Q缸体渗漏缺陷产生的原因进行分析,采取调整浇注温度、孕育剂种类和孕育加入量,以及使用激冷涂料和SD-2NC高强度覆膜砂等措施,有效地解决了缸体的渗漏缺陷。
The leakage defect was found during the machining of JL465Q cylinder body. To solve this problem, the analysis was carried out on the casting technology, inoculation, pouring temperature, etc. Some measures were adopted such as adjusting the pouring temperature, the inoculant type and adding amount, as well as using the chill coating and SD-2NC high strength coated sand and so on, and the leakage defect of cylinder body was eliminated.
