接触氧化过滤一体化生物反应器处理城市污水研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对一种采用组合填料的接触氧化过滤一体化生物反应器(CFBR),进行了处理城市污水的效能及其影响因素的研究。结果表明,CFBR能在一个反应器内同时实现对COD、NH4+—N、浊度的有效去除,同时还去除了大部分的TN和TP。CFBR处理城市污水的最佳工艺参数:曝气时间为60min.DO为2—3mg/L,水温为22~25℃,下部滤层的初始滤速为5m/h。在一定的进水容积负荷下,高底物负荷可产生高有机物去除率;DO为1~4mg/L时,增加DO会提高对COD和NH4+-N的去除率,但对TN、TP和浊度的去除率会减小;水温在13~25℃变化时,水温的升高有利于对NH4+—N的去除;当滤速〈8m/h时,增大滤速会使对COD的去除率下降。 The treatment efficiency of municipal sewage by contact oxidation and filtration separa- tion integrated bioreactor and the influence factors were studied. The integrated bioreactor was packed with combined media and operated intermittently. The results show that the integrated bioreactor can efficiently remove COD, NH 4+ - N and turbidity at the same time, and remove the majority of TN and TP. The optimal process parameters are aeration time of 60 rain, DO concentration of 2 to 3 mg/L, water tem- perature of 22 to 25 0(2 and initial filtering velocity of 5 m/h at lower filter bed. The high substrate load can produce high organic substance removal rate. The removal rates of COD and NH4+ - N are increased, and yet those of TN, TP and turbidity are decreased with increasing DO concentration at 1 to 4 mg/L. At water temperature of 13 ℃ to 25 ℃, raising water temperature is helpful to NH4+ - N removal. However, increasing filtering velocity leads to decrease in COD removal within the filtering velocity of less than 8 m/h.
