摘要
采用微电解/SBR工艺处理晋江某皮革厂生产废水。结果表明,酸性条件下微电解法对皮革废水中COD的去除效果优于碱性条件下的,且铸铁/活性炭填料对COD的去除效果优于铸铁、纯铁、纯铁/活性炭的。当Fe2+的浓度为3 mg/L时已能满足SBR池中微生物对铁的需求,过多投加铁无助于微生物对COD的去除。微电解/SBR工艺可对皮革废水进行有效处理,除氨氮外的各项出水指标均达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的二级标准,且微电解填料为工业废料,可达到以废治废的目的。
Micro-electrolysis/SBR process was used to treat production wastewater from a tannery in Jinjiang. The results show that the COD removal efficiency by micro-electrolysis under the acidic con- dition is better than that under alkaline condition, and the COD removal efficiency by cast iron/activated carbon filler is better than that by cast iron, pure iron and pure iron/activated carbon. When the concen- tration of Fe2+ is 3 nag/L, it is able to meet the demand of microorganisms in SBR for iron, and it is not helpful for removal of COD to add much iron. Micro-electrolysis/SBR process can treat tannery wastewater effectively, all the effluent indexes can meet the second class criteria specified in the Integrat- ed Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996) except ammonia nitrogen, and the purpose of waste control by waste is also implemented, because the micro-electrolysis filler is an industrial waste.
