Integration of Informatization and Industrialization,Technical Efficiency and Convergency

摘要 本文在谢康(2005)和肖静华等(2006)提出的趋同模型和信息化带动工业化模型基础上,借助技术效率的概念来定义信息化与工业化融合的范围和内涵,认为信息化与工业化融合是一种技术效率的表现,提出信息化与工业化融合机制的技术效率模型,较好地解释了信息化与工业化融合中成本最小化和收益递增的观点。传统工业的信息化改造与信息技术企业投资和经营传统产业,构成推进信息化与工业化融合的两个主渠道。研究结论对于深化现有信息化与工业化融合理论具有促进作用。 Based on the convergency model of informatization driving industrialization proposed in Xie Kang (2005) and Xiao Jinghua (2006), the paper refers to the concept of technical efficiency, and defines the scope and content of integration of informatization and industrialization. The informatization and industrialization is the performance of technical efficiency, which explains the fusion of costs minimization and returns increasing of informatization and industrialization. Information transformation of traditional industries and information technology business investing to the traditional industries are the main two channels to promote the integration of informatization and industrialization. The conclusion of the study will assist in promoting the existing integration theory of informatization and industrialization.
