供应链信息系统网络的价值创造:技术契约视角

Value Creation of Supply Chain Information System Network:Technology Contract Perspective

本文基于委托代理理论,通过定义供应链信息系统网络中的技术契约概念,从技术契约角度探讨供应链信息系统网络的价值创造机制。运用博弈论方法建立委托代理关系的技术契约模型,解释企业投资供应链信息系统网络的价值创造的内涵和表现。研究表明,供应链信息系统网络主要通过降低供应链中伙伴企业之间协同的运作成本和交易成本两个方面来创造价值,同时,通过成本的降低、效率的提升及知识的学习与分享等,在供应链合作伙伴之间形成价值创造的外溢效应。

Based on the principal-agent theory and through defining the concept of Technology Contract in the SCISN （Supply Chain Information System Network）, this paper explores the value-creating mechanism of the SCISN from the technology contract point of view. It uses the game theory to establish a technology contract model of principal-agent relationship, and explains how enterprise＇s investment in the SCISN creates value. According to this study, the SCISN creates value mainly by reducing the operating costs and transaction costs of the synergies between partner enterprises in the supply chain. Meanwhile, by cost reduction, efficiency improvements and knowledge learning and sharing, the SCISN also brings about a spillover effect between partners in the supply chain.
