摘要
产品研发的高复杂性趋势要求知识管理系统必须与研发流程紧密结合才能发挥效用。基于此,本文构建了一个知识工作流系统管理模型以期解决系统与流程的整合问题。该模型的主体结构为"两库一链",即模块化的知识库和步骤模板库以及具体研发项目的知识创新链。文章进一步阐述了知识工作流系统通过模块化实现对流程的集成与柔性管理的过程,并探讨了Multi-Agent技术在该系统中的应用。
Nowadays product R&D is presenting a highly complex trend, which requires the close combination of knowledge management systems (KMS) and R&D process. Based on this point, this thesis puts forward KWMS (Knowledge Workflow Management System) which can realize integration with process and flexible management through modularization. KWMS includes two databases and one chain, namely modular knowledge database, step template database and knowledge innovation chain of certain R&D project. Furthermore, the issues of Muhi-Agent technique used in this system are discussed.
