摘要
与国际领先外包地相比,中国的本土服务外包供应商在客户资源、服务交付、行业经验与品牌建设等核心能力上仍存在较大差距。在文献综述基础上,并针对我国服务外包产业的发展现实,本文以价值链理论为主要分析工具,研究建立了适合国情特征的服务外包供应商能力模型及评估指标,并以北京地区样本企业进行实证研究与数据分析。结合初步的实证结果,作者详尽探讨了目前本土服务外包供应商的能力现状、关键问题及提升途径,从而更加有效地参与全球外包市场竞争。
Compared with the world's leading locations for offshore services, the indigenous service outsoureing vendor's capabilities including customer resources, service delivery, industry experience and corporation reputation still have a wide gap. Based on prior literatures and offshore outsourcing practices in China, the authors build the vendor's capabilities model and assessment indicator by using value chain analysis. Then, we conduct a pilot empirical investigation based on services outsoureing vendors in Beijing, and primarily validate theoretical research model by statistic method. Finally, in combination with analytical results, the authors also discuss how to improve the indigenous vendor's capabilities to acquire a better competitive position in global outsourcing market.
