应用影像学方法评价乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效

Imaging evaluation of breast cancer treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy

摘要 新辅助化疗治疗乳腺癌已经成为一种趋势,针对新辅助化疗的一系列研究正在开展。早期评价乳腺癌治疗疗效能避免对新辅助化疗无效者的过度治疗,支持有效者继续治疗。多种影像学评价方法相继应用于新辅助化疗的疗效评价。 Neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer has become a trend. A series of studies for it has been carrying out. Patients receiving ineffective treatment could be switched to alternative therapies and responding patients could receive more aggressive chemotherapy. Imaging modalities were of use in detecting the efficacy of neoadjuvant therapy. In this paper, a brief overview about imaging methods be performed.
