In order to study how to make the fastest response time to meet the needs of the market for discrete manu- factures, the manufacturing tasks allocation strategy with minimum makespan is put forward, which is based on the production capacity of collaborative enterprises. This allocation method takes into account both the due - date of the orders and the manufacturing cost of the manufacturing tasks. Finally, the implementation of this method is explained with a simple example, which is used to show the method＇s reasonableness and validity.
