摘要
随着控制技术的飞速发展,把通信网络引入到传统的控制系统实现闭环控制成为人们日益关注的课题。针对网络控制系统的运行特点,设计并实现了一个网络协同试验仿真平台,可为网络控制系统的理论分析和设计方法进行有效的验证。根据网络协同控制系统的特点,给出了仿真试验平台的设计思想和结构,介绍了RTX的实时功能原理和RT-TCPIP的实时通讯机制,在此基础上,讨论了基于RTX的网络协同控制系统仿真平台的软件设计和实现方法。最后通过一个试验实例验证了该仿真平台设计的有效性。对实时性要求高的仿真系统具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。
With the rapid development of control technology, bringing network into traditional control system and realizing close - loop control have gained more and more attention. Considered the characteristics of networked control system, a simulation platform for networked control system is designed and realized, which provides an effective test platform for theory research and design approaches for networked control systems. From which, the real-time theory of RTX and RT-TCPIP are presented, the design and realization of the real-time simulation system are discussed. Last, the effectiveness of the simulation results is also checked by certain examples. This result has some reference values and guiding meanings for simulation systems which has strict real-time desire.
