摘要
对锰氧化还原菌Exiguobacterium sp·MB4的酶学特性进行了研究。研究结果表明菌种Exig-uobacterium sp·MB4具有较强的胞外酶锰氧化还原活性。在20~25℃,pH中性偏碱条件下菌株均表现出较强的酶活力。最大反应速度为6.13mg·mL-1.min-1,米氏常数KM为155.8mg·mL-1。Fe2+、Al3+、Mg2+、Cu2+和Zn2+对锰氧化还原菌酶活力具有促进作用,Hg2+明显抑制菌株Exiguobacteriumsp.MB4的酶活力。
Enzyme characteristics of manganese redox bacteria were investigated.The result showed that manganese redox bacteria,Exiguobacterium sp·MB4,has strong exoenzymes activity.The optimum temperture of enzyme activity was 20-25 ℃ and the optimum range of pH value was 7-8.The KM and Vm were 155.8 mg·L^-1 and 6.13 mg·L-1·min^-1,respectively.Fe^2+,Al^3+,Cu^2+,Zn^2+ and Mg^2+ take as a catalytic role on manganese oxidoreductase,while Hg2+ inhibiting enzyme activity significantly.
