摘要
针对真空预压工程中超软弱土下卧透水层传统密封处理方法存在的费用高、密封效果差、危险性高等缺点,提出采用由改装地质钻机施打泥浆搅拌桩这一新方法,可解决超软弱土下卧透水层止水密封难题。结合广州中船龙穴造船基地某软基处理工程实际应用,通过与传统处理方法密封效果、处理成本、工期等对比,表明该方法简单高效,成本较低,具有较高的推广应用价值。
In view of the high cost, poor sealing effect, and danger in construction of the traditional sealing method for the waterpermeable stratum under super soft ground in vacuum pre-loading, a new method, which uses a refitted geological drilling machine, is put forward. It can solve the sealing problem of the water-permeable stratum under super soft ground. Through practical application of soft ground treatment at the Guangzhou CSSC Longxue Shipping Base, and through observation of contrasts in the sealing effect, cost, and time spent in the traditional method and the new one, the new sealing method is shown to be simple, efficient and low-cost, so it has certain application value.
