乳腺癌根治术患者不同肌松程度下欧普乐喉罩与经典喉罩气道密封效果的比较 被引量：3

摘要 喉罩自1983年由Brain^[1]发明以来，已经广泛应用于临床。大样本研究表明，喉罩用于机械通气是安全有效的^[2,3]，在很多方面有着气管插管不可替代的优点，欧普乐喉罩（OPIJAC）在经典喉罩的基础上做了改良，是由中国人设计的一种新型的一次性无充气罩喉罩，可减免充气罩压力过大导致的口咽部并发症，已用于临床。由于喉罩的气道密封机制始终不如气管导管机制可靠^[4]．
