Design method of the new Chinese nation surname system

当前我国的姓氏体系为子女随父的姓．由于几千年来形成了根深蒂固的传统观念，人们愿生男以传宗接代．这造成男女人口比例不协调的日益严重，并会引起相应吐会问题．目的是设计一个新的中华民族姓氏体系．即子女不随父姓也不随母姓．同时能够依子女姓名推知父母的姓．以达到男女互等及生男生女一个样的目爨．采用的方法是给出一个相应的代数系统．将姓及名字的第1个字与代数系统中相应码对应．再通过相应运算，推知某人的家谱结构．给出了m=3^n个姓的姓氏体系设计方法，并以9个姓的设计方法作为例子予以说明．目前全世界各国基本上都是子女随父姓，给出的设计方法在原理上可适用于其它国家或民族．

Chinese current surname system is that the children＇s surname is the same as the father＇s surname. Because of the ingrained traditional ideas for thousands of years, the men always hope to have sons to inherit their family name. It causes an increasingly serious problem that the male and female population is out of proportion, and leads to the corresponding social problems. The goal is to design a new Chinese nation surname system. That is to say the children＇s surname is not the same as the father＇s surname or the mother＇s surname. And one can infer parents＇ surname according to the children＇s name. It can help to achieve the goals of gender equality and that it is the same for giving birth to a boy or a girl. The method used is to construct a corresponding algebra system. The surname and the 1st word of the name are brought in correspondence with the corresponding codes of this algebra system. Then one can infer someone＇s family tree through the corresponding operation. The design method of the surname system with m = 3^n surnames is given, and the design method of 9 surnames was explained as an example. At present, the children＇s surname is the same as the father＇s surname in most of the countries. The method is suitable in these countries or nationalities in principle.
