摘要
以工业氧化铝、滑石、苏州土和碳酸锂为主要原料,高温熔融制备了Li2O-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系基础玻璃。采用TG-DTA分析确定了微晶玻璃的核化温度和晶化温度分别为730℃和1150℃,以升温速率5℃/min进行核化、晶化。XRD分析表明微晶玻璃相组成为锂辉石、堇青石和镁铝尖晶石。SEM观察到样品中有大量粒径在0.5μm左右的微晶粒析出。
Li2O-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass was prepared by using cheap industrial raw materials, such as alumina, talcum, kaolin and Li2CO3. The TG-DTA results show that the optimal processing regime is nucleation at 730 ℃ for 1 h followed by crystallization at 1 150 ℃ for 2 h with heating rate 5 ℃/min. The XRD patterns indicate that the main crystalline phases are spodumene, cordierite and magnesium aluminum spinel, and the SEM analysis shows there is a large amount of tiny crystals.
