我国电网安全监测预警管理指标体系研究

Research on the Index System of Monitoring Forwarning Management of Power System Safety

在简要介绍电网安全监测预警意义的基础上,对我国电网安全预警指标体系进行研究,对低电压风险、过负荷风险、系统电压失稳风险等一级指标构建相应12个二级指标,提出了运用预警管理、安全科学、复杂科学等相关学科的理论和方法建立我国电网安全监测预警模型的方法。

It pays attention to the index system of power safety forwarning on the basis of introducing the meaning of monitoring forwarning of power system safety briefly in China. According to 3 first grade indexes （risk of low voltage, risk of overload, risk of power system voltage instability）, it constructs the relevant 12 second grade indexes. And, it also suggests to build the model of monitoring forvcarning of power system safety through using of relevant theories and ways, including forwarning management, safety science, complicated science and so on.
