摘要 针对复杂机械产品的零部件数量大,零部件间存在与/或关系及不易管理的问题,研究并生成了一种产品族结构树.首先探讨了一种针对产品零部件的编码方法;然后在此基础上采用有向网络分析了产品族零部件之间的层次和关联关系,建立了基于关系型数据库中零部件编码的一种数据库存储结构;最后将数据库存储结构表与树状结构进行绑定,生成了产品族结构树.以某工业汽轮机产品族数据为例,通过对数据结构表和产品族结构树的综合利用,实现了产品零部件的有效管理,保证了产品配置的一致性. Aim at the problem of huge amounts of parts and components and hard to management of the complex mechanical products, the product family structure tree is researched and constructed. Firstly, a coding method for parts and components of product is discussed. Secondly, applying directed complex network, the relationship of parts and components of the product family is analyzed. Based on the code of parts and components in relation data-base, a high efficient store structure of the database is constructed. Finally, combining the store structure of database with the tree structure, the product family structure tree is constructed. As an example, the data-structure table and product family structure tree of industry stream turbine is together applied; the high efficient management of the parts and components of product is achieved and the coherence of product configuration is ensured.
