Thoughts of Preventing Postoperative Recurrence and Metastasis of Breast Cancer by Traditional Chinese Medical Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment

防止乳癌术后的复发和转移是提高远期生存率的关键,扶助正气为首要;清除余毒为关键;调畅气机要贯穿始终;化痰涤瘀适时而行。临床可运用健脾滋肾、清热解毒、调畅气机、涤痰化瘀诸法治疗。

Prevention of recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer is the key measure to increase the long-term survival rate in breast cancer patients after operation. In this study,based on the thoughts of supporting healthy Qi to remove residual toxins,therapeutic methods of strengthening spleen and nourishing kidney,clearing heat and removing toxins,regulating Qi activities,resolving phlegm and eliminating blood-stasis were presented for the prevention of recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer.
