清热降压颗粒对自发性高血压大鼠血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮水平的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察清热降压颗粒对自发性高血压大鼠血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮水平的影响,探讨清热泻火法治疗原发性高血压的作用机制。方法:将18只自发性高血压大鼠随机分为清热降压颗粒组、牛黄降压丸组、模型组,每组6只,分别给药治疗,并以Wistar大鼠6只作为正常对照组。用药8周后观察血压、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ、血浆醛固酮水平的变化。结果:清热降压颗粒能显著降低自发性高血压大鼠血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ、血浆醛固酮水平。结论:清热降压颗粒的降压机制可能与抑制肾素-血管紧张素系统活性有关。 Objective:To observe the effect of Qingre Jiangya Granules(QJG),which has the actions of clearing heat and purging fire,on plasma angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone in spontaneous hypertension rats,and to explore its therapeutic mechanism. Methods:Spontaneous hypertension rats were randomized into QJG group,Niuhuang Jiangya Pills group and the model group,6 rats in each group. Six Wistar healthy rats served as the normal control group. After treatment for 8 weeks,the changes of blood pressure,and plasma levels of angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone were observed. Results:QJG obviously decreased the plasma levels of angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone in spontaneous hypertension rats. Conclusion:The mechanism of QJG on decreasing blood hypertension is probably related with the inhibition of activities of renin-angiotensin system.
