摘要 目的探讨SAQ训练方法对发展足球运动员无氧能力的可行性及其实际意义。方法对实验组和对照组采取不同的训练方式,并分别测定两组受试者的10 s无氧功、60 s无氧功。结果10s无氧功测试结果是最大无氧功实验组和对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05),且具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);60 s无氧功测试实验组和对照组的无氧功率数据具有显著性差异(P<0.05),但不具有非常显著性差异(P>0.01)。结论SAQ训练能有效提高足球运动员磷酸原代谢能力、糖酵解代谢能力,发展运动员的持续快速奔跑的能力和速度耐力;SAQ训练可有效弥补传统训练中对跳跃、转身和"之"形跑动速度重视不够的缺陷,是一种行之有效的结合实战需要的训练方法。 Aim To aim at exploring the feasibility and significance of SAQ training method to improve football players' anaerobic endurance. Methods Adopting different of way with experimetal groups and control groups. After three months, two groups will be tested on their 10 seconds and 60 seconds anaerobic metabolism. Results 10 seconds test. The utmost anaerobic power of the experimental group is higher than the control group, which is significant (P 〈0. 01 ). 60 seconds test. The average anaerobic power of the experimental group is higher than the control group (P 〈 0. 05 ), All these results show that the experimental group owns a higher glycolysis metabolism. Conclusion SAQ training could effectively improve the football players' phosphoric acid metabolism and glycolysis metabolism. And it could develop their speed and endurance. Moreover, it could make up for the deficiencies which were shown by the ordinary training on leap, twisting and " z" running. Therefore, SAQ training is very efficient.
