心脏手术后出血47例治疗体会 被引量：6

摘要 出血是心脏直视手术后常见严重并发症之一．发生率为2％～25％。需紧急救治，部分患者需再次开胸止血，Petaja等报道出血后再次开胸止血率为3％～5％。若处理不当，轻者会增加输血量和治疗费用，延长住院时间，影响患耆康复；重者危及患者生命。我院于2005年6月～2008年2月共进行心脏直视手术496例，术后发生出血47例，其中再次开胸止血15例，现回顾性分析其心脏手术后出血的发生原因、处理及预防特点。
